Return and Refund Policy

Pananom Co. / Pananom Floral Design Academy (PFDA) Effective Date: August 4, 2026

This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through pananomfloralatelier.com, including floral products and arrangements, and enrollment in Pananom Floral Design Academy programs (Florist Certification Level 1 and 2, KFTA Certification tracks, workshops, and masterclasses). By placing an order or enrolling in a program, you agree to the terms below.

1. Floral Products and Arrangements

1.1 Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled free of charge only before we begin sourcing or preparing your flowers. Once an order enters production, which typically happens within a few hours of confirmation given the perishable nature of our materials, it can no longer be cancelled or refunded.

1.2 Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, significantly different from what was ordered, or otherwise defective, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with clear photos of the item and packaging. Valid claims will be resolved through a replacement, store credit, or refund, at our discretion, depending on the nature of the issue.

1.3 Non-Returnable Items

Because fresh and dried flowers are perishable and often made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, minor natural variations in color or bloom (flowers are natural products and will vary slightly from photos), or delays caused by circumstances outside our control, such as courier delays or incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.

2. Academy Programs (Certification Courses, Workshops, and Masterclasses)

2.1 Reservation Fees and Down Payments

All reservation fees and down payments made to secure a slot in any PFDA or KFTA program are non-refundable. This fee is used immediately to reserve your seat, pre-order materials, and begin preparing certificates and class resources on your behalf.

2.2 Cancelling or Rescheduling Your Attendance

We understand that plans change. If you are unable to attend a class you have enrolled in:

  • 7 days notice or more. Notify us in writing at least 7 calendar days before your scheduled class date. Your reservation fee or down payment remains non-refundable, but you may transfer your slot to another person or apply your payment as credit toward a future available class date, subject to availability.
  • Less than 7 days notice, or no-show. If you cancel with less than 7 days notice, or do not attend without prior notice, you will be required to settle the full program fee. This is because materials, tools, and certificates are already prepared in advance based on confirmed attendance and cannot be reallocated on short notice.

2.3 Cancellations or Changes Made by the Academy

If PFDA needs to cancel or reschedule a class for reasons such as weather, instructor availability, or insufficient enrollment, any payments you have made will be honored as credit toward the rescheduled date or a future class of your choice. If no suitable alternative date is available, you may request a full refund of payments made.

2.4 Slot Transfers

Transfers to another person are allowed for any program, provided we are notified at least 7 days before the class date. The new attendee will be subject to the same program terms and any applicable requirements, such as prerequisite levels for advanced tracks.

3. Installment Payments

For programs with an installment option, the remaining balance must be settled in full at least 14 days before the class start date. Slots with an unpaid balance past this deadline may be forfeited, and any amount already paid will be treated according to Section 2.2 above.

4. How to Request a Refund, Credit, or Transfer

To request a replacement, refund, credit, or slot transfer, email us at [insert contact email] with your order or enrollment reference number and a description of your request. We aim to respond within 2 to 3 business days.

5. Your Rights Under Philippine Law

This policy is intended to operate alongside, and does not limit, your rights under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394) and other applicable consumer protection regulations.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our processes or legal requirements. The version posted on this page at the time of your order or enrollment will apply.
