Pananom Co. / Pananom Floral Design Academy (PFDA) Effective Date: August 4, 2026

Welcome to pananomfloralatelier.com. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, your purchase of floral products from Pananom Co., and your enrollment in any Pananom Floral Design Academy (PFDA) program, including Florist Certification Level 1 and 2, KFTA Certification tracks, workshops, and masterclasses. By browsing our site, placing an order, or enrolling in a program, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Us

Pananom Co. is a Korean-inspired floral design atelier offering fresh and dried flower products. Pananom Floral Design Academy (PFDA) is our education arm, offering certification programs and workshops, at times delivered in partnership with third-party institutions such as KFTA, VeryView Flower Art, Mayfleur, and Floristashi.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order or enroll in a class. You agree to provide accurate and current information when placing an order or registering for a program.

3. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

Prices are as listed on our site or as confirmed to you at the time of order or enrollment, and are subject to change without prior notice for future orders. Confirmed orders and enrollments are not affected by later price changes.

We accept payment via GCash, bank transfer (BDO or BPI), and credit card through PayPal or a secure payment link (transaction fees may apply). Installment plans are available for select academy programs; unless stated otherwise, the remaining balance must be settled in full at least 14 days before the class start date. An order or enrollment is only confirmed once payment, or the required down payment, has been received.

4. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Returns, refunds, and class cancellations are governed by our separate Return and Refund Policy [link to Return and Refund Policy], which forms part of these Terms.

5. Academy Program Terms

5.1 Attendance and Punctuality

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the published start time. Late arrivals may miss foundational demonstrations, which will not be repeated during the session.

5.2 Tools and Materials

Tools and equipment provided for in-class use remain the property of PFDA unless separately purchased, and must be returned at the end of the session. Participants are responsible for the tools issued to them for the duration of the class.

5.3 Certification

Certificates, including PFDA completion certificates, KFTA certification, and any partner-school certificates, are issued only to participants who complete full attendance and all required projects, and, for KFTA tracks, pass the certification exam.

5.4 Guest Instructors and Partner Programs

Some programs are delivered in partnership with third parties such as KFTA, VeryView Flower Art, Mayfleur, or Floristashi. Additional terms specific to these programs may be provided at the time of enrollment and will apply alongside these Terms.

6. Health, Safety, and Assumption of Risk

Our classes involve the use of floral tools, including shears and wire cutters, and natural materials that may trigger allergies. Please disclose any known allergies or relevant health conditions before your class. By attending, you agree to follow instructor safety guidance, and PFDA is not liable for injury resulting from failure to follow instructions or from undisclosed medical conditions. Meals and refreshments provided during full-day sessions may contain common allergens; please inform us of dietary restrictions in advance.

7. Media Consent and Intellectual Property

7.1 Media Consent

By enrolling in or attending any class or workshop, you consent to Pananom Co. and PFDA, and where applicable KFTA or partner schools, using photographs and videos of you and your floral work for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes. If you prefer to opt out, please submit a written request before your class date.

7.2 Course Materials

Curriculum content, technique demonstrations, and course materials are proprietary to PFDA and its certifying partners. Participants may not record, reproduce, redistribute, or teach these materials commercially without our prior written consent.

7.3 Website Content

All text, logos, images, and design elements on this site are owned by Pananom Co. and PFDA, unless otherwise credited, and may not be copied or reused without permission.

8. Product Descriptions

We do our best to describe and photograph our floral products accurately. Because flowers are natural products, slight variations in color, size, and the availability of specific stems should be expected and are not considered defects.

9. User Conduct

When using our site or attending our programs, you agree not to place fraudulent orders, misuse the site, harass instructors or staff, or make unauthorized commercial use of PFDA's branding, curriculum, or materials.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a product order or class enrollment is limited to the amount you paid for that specific order or program. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or courier disruptions. See our Return and Refund Policy for how this affects class rescheduling.

12. Privacy

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Legazpi City, Albay. We encourage you to reach out to us directly first so we can resolve any concern informally.
