Questions
What certificate will I receive?
Full course: a certificate of completion with 4 PFDA certificates, a KFTA plaque and a KFTA 3-month assessment certificate, plus eligibility to take the scheduled KFTA and PFDA examinations.
Day 1, Day 2 or single levels: a certificate of participation only.
Official certification is subject to completing the required assessments and meeting the respective certification criteria.
Can I pay in full?
Yes. Choose "Pay in full" in your summary to pay the whole fee now, or "Reservation fee" to pay ₱2,000 per class day now and the balance on class day. The 2% certification processing fee is paid at booking either way. One payment choice applies to your whole booking.
How does the reservation fee work?
The reservation fee shown above secures your slot. It is per person, per class day, and is deducted from your class fee. A 2% certification processing fee, based on your class fee, is paid with it to prepare your physical certificate. Both are non-refundable.
Can I cancel or change my date?
Yes, if you message us on Instagram or email at least 7 days before your class. With less notice, or a no-show, the full class fee is due, since materials and certificates are paid for in advance. For emergencies or acts of God, email us documentation and we'll move you to the next available class within the current or next month.
Can I enroll someone else at the same time?
Each enrollment is for one person, since we collect details per certificate. Finish the first enrollment, then start a new one for your friend. Bring a friend and you each get ₱500 off.
